5/30/07 WELCOME TO THE NBA remember the golden age of this blog? two years ago, this blog was awesome. then they lost in game seven. then they shat the bed against miami last year, and all i could do was sit idly by and watch on a jetblue flight between rochester and new york city. can they make things right this year? 5/29/07 THIS IS THE STORY OF YR RED RIGHT ANKLE there was this thing we did called thunderpass. that afternoon, i broke alex — her fifth metatarsal, anyway. seven and a half years ago, i broke my right ankle clean through at burnside. i hadn't been on a skateboard since. but the near-beacon-esque (blasphemy?) beauty of thunderpass, combined with full tummies and the need to work through them, made us think that skating would be a good idea. we were wrong. shortly after alex's break, i played this set.
